MediCurage, Cure has no borders.

Services

Hospitals and doctors provide the treatment. Everything listed here is what MediCurage arranges and answers for.

  1. 01

    Free medical opinion

Send us your reports and we share them with specialist doctors at partner hospitals, in the country you prefer or in several, for review. You receive their written opinion on your condition, the treatment they suggest and roughly how long you would need to stay in the country. If they need more tests or clearer scans, we tell you exactly what to get done at home. The opinion helps you decide and does not commit you to anything.

  2. 02

    Treatment cost estimate

Once the treatment you need is clear, we ask several partner hospitals to quote for your specific case, in your preferred country or across India, Turkey, Thailand, Malaysia and Mexico if you have no preference. We lay the quotes out side by side so you can see the price, what is included, what is extra, the expected hospital stay and the time you would spend in the country. You choose the hospital, and we do not push you towards any one of them. If something in a quote is unclear, we get the answer from the hospital in writing.

  3. 03

    Medical visa invitation letter

Visa rules depend on your nationality and on the country where you are treated. Some patients need no visa for a short visit; others need a medical visa backed by a letter from the treating hospital with the patient's name, passport number and planned treatment dates. Once you choose a hospital, we request this letter where your visa needs it, check every detail against each passport and send it to you. We then help you and each attendant prepare your own applications and tell you which other documents they need. The visa itself is decided by the destination country's government.

  4. 04

    Airport pickup and drop

A driver or representative we book meets you in the arrivals hall at the airport nearest your hospital, in whichever of the five countries you are treated, with a board showing the patient's name. We send you their name and number before you fly, and we follow your flight number so a delay does not leave you waiting alone. They drive you to your hotel or to the hospital. When you leave, we book the ride back to the airport in good time for your flight.

  5. 05

    Stay near the hospital

Before you travel, we send you a few places to stay near your hospital, in whichever country you are treated, with their nightly rates. We choose them around what you need, such as a kitchen, halal food nearby, a lift or a ground floor room, and space for your attendants. You pick one, and we book it for the dates the hospital expects. If your treatment plan changes, we change the booking.

  6. 06

    Interpreter and translator

If you do not speak the language used at your hospital, we arrange an interpreter for Arabic and, on request, for other languages. The interpreter comes to your doctor consultations, explains consent forms before you sign and helps with conversations on the ward. We can also translate the key parts of your medical reports so you know what they say.

  7. 07

    Dedicated case manager

From your first enquiry, one coordinator looks after your case. They collect your reports, follow up the hospital quotes and plan your arrival. While you are being treated, you have their direct phone and WhatsApp number for anything, from appointment times to a problem at the hotel, and they stay in close touch with you and the hospital. When you go home, the same person handles your follow up.

  8. 08

    Online consultation before travel

Before you travel, we can arrange a video consultation with the doctor at the hospital you have chosen. You can ask about the treatment plan, the risks, the recovery and how long you will stay, with an interpreter on the call if you need one. We help you write your questions down beforehand so nothing is forgotten. If the hospital charges for the consultation, it tells you before it is booked.

  9. 09

Follow up after you go home

After you return home, your coordinator checks in with you and stays reachable on WhatsApp and email. We pass your medical questions and new test results to the treating doctor or hospital team and send you their reply. When the doctor wants to see you again, we arrange an online follow-up consultation.

  10. 10

    Recovery holidays and sightseeing

Once your doctor says you are well enough, we can plan short outings or a few days of rest for you and your family before you fly home, wherever you were treated. That might be an unhurried visit to an old quarter, a garden or a quiet stretch of coast near your city. We plan around what your doctor allows, with a car and rest stops, and keep you close to the hospital whenever the doctor wants you nearby.

  11. 11

    Flight booking

We look for flights to the city where your hospital is, in India, Turkey, Thailand, Malaysia or Mexico, that match your admission date and your doctor's advice, and book them for you and your attendants once you agree. If you need a wheelchair at the airport, extra legroom or a medical form for the airline, we tell you what the airline requires and help you request it. If your discharge date changes, we help you change the return flight.
