Medical Disclaimer
The information on this website helps you plan. It is not medical advice, and only the doctor who treats you can decide what treatment is right for you.

1. Information only
The pages on this website explain what treatments usually involve, how long patients often stay, and what costs are typical in the countries where we arrange treatment. We write this to help you and your family plan and to ask good questions. It is general information. It is not written about you or your condition.
2. Not medical advice
Nothing on this website, in our emails, or in our WhatsApp messages is medical advice. It does not replace a consultation with a qualified doctor who knows your history and has examined you.
Please do not start, stop or change any medicine or treatment because of something you read here. Talk to your own doctor first.
3. MediCurage is not a healthcare provider
MediCurage is a medical travel facilitator based in Hyderabad, India. We arrange treatment at partner hospitals and clinics in India, Turkey, Thailand, Malaysia and Mexico. We coordinate. Hospitals and doctors treat. Our team does not diagnose conditions, recommend treatments or prescribe medicines.
When we send you a medical opinion, it comes from doctors at partner hospitals, in the country or countries you chose, who have reviewed the reports you shared. It is a first view based on those reports only. It can change once the doctor examines you in person and sees new test results.
4. The treating doctor decides
Only your treating doctor can decide whether a treatment is suitable for you, which procedure to use, and when you are fit to travel home. Your doctor may recommend a different treatment, more tests, or a longer stay than this website describes. Their decision comes first.
5. Standards differ between countries
Each hospital and doctor is licensed and regulated by the authorities of their own country, and works under that country's law. The rules for licensing, hospital inspections, medical records, patient consent and complaints are not the same in India, Turkey, Thailand, Malaysia and Mexico. Some treatments are allowed in one country and limited or not allowed in another.
Before you decide, we encourage you to:
- Ask the hospital for its licence details and the registration details of the doctor who will treat you, and check them with the health authority or medical council of that country.
- Ask the hospital how it handles complications, what follow up it offers after you go home, and how you can raise a complaint.
- Read the hospital's consent forms before you sign them, in a language you understand. Ask for an interpreter if you need one.
We can help you ask these questions. The hospital is responsible for its licence and for the care it gives.
6. No promise of results
Every patient is different. Age, general health, the stage of the illness and many other factors affect how treatment goes. All treatments carry risks, which your doctor should explain to you before you agree to them.
We cannot promise any medical outcome. Any descriptions of recovery or hospital stays are typical examples, not predictions for your case.
7. Prices and stays are indicative
Prices and lengths of stay on this website are indicative ranges. Your final cost and the time you need to stay depend on your reports, your doctor's examination, the hospital you choose and the country it is in.
8. Information can change
Medical practice, hospital prices, exchange rates, visa rules and the law in each country change over time. We review our pages, but some details may be out of date when you read them. Please check anything important with us or with the hospital before you decide.
9. In an emergency
If you or the patient has a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services or go to the nearest hospital now.
Do not use our enquiry form, email or WhatsApp for an emergency. Our team cannot give emergency medical help, and we do not arrange air ambulance services.
10. Before you travel
Travel for treatment needs planning. Talk to your local doctor about whether the patient is fit to fly, and carry copies of all reports and a list of current medicines.
Plan your care after you go home too. Ask the hospital for a full discharge summary and copies of your records, and arrange a doctor at home who can see you for follow up. Some medicines prescribed in one country may have a different name, or may not be available, in another.
