Cure has no borders
Tell us your health concern. We'll bring you the treatment plan, the price and the place.
IndiaTurkeyThailandMalaysiaMexicoWe help patients from any country, including the United States, Canada, Latin America, the UK, Europe, Australia, the Gulf, Iraq, Africa, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.
Open, fair costing
Once your medical need is clear, hospitals in the countries you are open to each send a price for your specific treatment. You see them side by side and pick the one you want. We do not push one hospital or one country.
Send your reports and a few lines about the patient. We review them with doctors so the request to hospitals is precise.
Partner hospitals each quote for the same plan, with what the price covers and how long you will stay.
Compare, ask us anything, then decide. We arrange travel and stay around the hospital you picked.
Five destinations
We are based in Hyderabad, but we do not only send patients to India. We ask hospitals wherever the treatment makes sense for you, and you decide.

What we arrange
Hospitals and doctors treat. We take care of the rest, and we tell you plainly what we do not do.
Doctors review your reports and tell you what treatment they suggest, before you spend anything on travel.
Partner hospitals in one or several countries quote for your treatment, and you compare the quotes side by side and choose.
We check the visa rules for your nationality and destination, request the hospital letter where needed, and help you prepare your applications.
A driver or representative we book meets you at the airport nearest your hospital with a board showing your name, and takes you back for your flight home.
A hotel, guest house or serviced apartment close to your hospital, booked for you and your family.
An interpreter for Arabic, or another language on request, beside you when you talk to doctors in any of the five countries.
One named coordinator who knows your case and answers your calls, from your first message until you are home.
Speak to the treating doctor by video before you book your flights.
Your coordinator stays in touch after you fly home and passes your questions to the doctor.
When your doctor agrees, quiet outings for you and your family before you fly home.
Flights that fit your treatment dates and your health, for you and your attendants.
You will not be alone
Being far from home and not knowing the language is often the biggest worry for families. This is what is in place before you land.
01A driver we book meets you at arrivals holding a board with your name and takes you to your stay. You get their name and number before you fly.
02Before you fly you get one person's name and number. They know your case, and you can reach them by phone or WhatsApp wherever you are treated.
03Arabic and other interpreters sit with you in consultations, so you can follow each one and ask about any form before you sign.
04We book a hotel or guest house a short drive from the hospital, with space for the family travelling with you.
How it works
Send what you have by the form, WhatsApp or email. We tell you if anything else is needed.
Our team reviews the reports with doctors and comes back with a medical opinion.
Partner hospitals send their quotes for your treatment. You compare and pick one.
We request the hospital's visa letter where needed, and book flights if you want us to, airport pickup and your stay.
Your coordinator stays in touch by phone and WhatsApp, and an interpreter is with you at the hospital through admission, treatment and discharge.
After you fly back we stay in touch, pass on your questions and help set up follow up consultations.
Questions
We arrange treatment in five countries: India, Turkey, Thailand, Malaysia and Mexico. Our office is in Hyderabad, India, and our team coordinates your care in whichever of the five you choose. Each country has its own visa rules, travel distance and price level, so we set these out for your case before you decide.
Send your recent medical reports through the quote form on this site, by email to info@medicurage.com, or on WhatsApp at +91 88868 87123. The most useful documents are your doctor's latest notes or referral letter, scan reports and images (CT, MRI, X-ray or an echocardiogram, which is an ultrasound scan of the heart), recent blood tests, biopsy reports for cancer, and a list of the medicines you take. If you are not sure what you have, send what you have and we will tell you what is missing. Tell us which country you prefer, or that you have no preference. We reply to every enquiry within 24 hours.
Once doctors have reviewed your reports and the treatment you need is clear, we send the same case summary to several partner hospitals, in your preferred country or in several countries, and ask each one to quote. You receive the quotes side by side, showing what each includes, the expected hospital stay, the time you would spend in the country and anything left out. Yes, you are free to choose any of them, and we do not push you towards one hospital or one country.
It depends on your nationality and on the country where you are treated. For example, US and Canadian citizens do not need a visa for a short visit to Mexico, while India and Turkey expect patients to come on a medical visa, and Thailand and Malaysia have medical visa routes for nationals who need them. Once you choose a hospital, we request its invitation or treatment letter where one is needed and help you and your attendants prepare your applications. The visa decision belongs to the destination country, and our Travel and Visa Guide explains the rules we checked for each of the five countries.
A driver or representative we book meets you in the arrivals hall at the airport nearest your hospital, in whichever country you are treated, with a board showing the patient's name. We send you their name and number before you fly. They take you by car to your hotel, or straight to the hospital if the doctors want to see you that day. If your flight is late, they wait, because we follow the flight number you give us. Your coordinator works from our office in Hyderabad by phone and WhatsApp, and any interpreter you need is arranged locally at the hospital.
You do not need to. We arrange an interpreter for Arabic, and for other languages on request, who sits with you in doctor consultations, explains consent forms before you sign and helps you talk to the nurses on the ward. This applies in all five countries. Tell us your language in your first message so the interpreter is arranged before you arrive.
Message your coordinator on WhatsApp or by email, the same way you did before you travelled. We pass medical questions to the treating doctor or hospital team and send you their answer, and we can arrange an online follow-up consultation with the doctor when one is needed. If your doctor at home orders tests, send us the results and we will share them with the team that treated you. For anything urgent, go to your nearest hospital first.
